CHRISTMAS GASTRO
Twelve days before Christmas students and teachers of Hotel academy of Ludovit Winter organized an event for visitors called Christmas Gastro 2017. The event lasted 2 days and it took place on 12 and 13 December in the school premises. It is an annual celebration of our school work where we present our skills in gastronomy.
Teachers and students worked hard because they wanted to present our school and our gastronomic skills to the public. Classrooms were transformed into cafés, restaurants, bars, bakeries, taverns, tea room and shops. You could have visited and tried stands full of tasty meals, sweets, cakes, chocolate or you could experience various demonstrations of students´ skills.
